Returns and Refund policy

We strive to achieve customer satisfaction and for that reason we offer replacement or exchange of your order if you are not satisfied.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error. 

Returns / replacement will be also accepted for product's that are damaged in transit. 

Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the Perfumes have been tampered with or used significantly.

The customer will be liable for the shipping cost involved when returning the product

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: 

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.

Returns should be carefully packed by the customer to avoid transit damage, incase we receive any damaged product in return we may destroy the product upon arrival, and no refund shall be given upon such cases.

Return request are to be made within 5 days of receiving the parcel.
